Very little of this language is translated, no more than a few words. This is the language used by the dominant species of the Infinite Empire.

"Modern" Aurebesh comes from the writing system of the Infinite Empire. [4], though since the Rakatan language is almost entirely unknown, the writing must not be the same in value/meaning, or the inscriptions and text that remain would long ago have been deciphered. The letter names were the same however, as they were used to name Force Hounds [5].
Pronunciation
Grammar and Notes
Rakatan to Basic
b
Bukesek - a "black-skinned subspecies" of Rakata on Lehon [8]
Darth - Believed by someto be a Rakatan word, from either daritha (emperor) or darr and tah (victory and death) but this is only one hypothesis of the origin. [1]
I
Ikalik - a "crimson-striped subspecies" of Rakata on Lehon [7]
6. The Imprisoned One on Tatooine, in both kotor and tor (notice the language difference. In kotor it sure sounds like huttese...)
In either case, since Rakatan is supposed to be an unknown language, the only safe assumption here is that he's speaking in a slave-race so that the "slave" (the player) can understand him. Otherwise, how could you understand him at all? That explains why he's speaking in different languages as well.
